I want to know if it is normal operating procedure for sellers to periodically allow a buyer to keep the item they purchased even though the buyer initiated a return of the item. Can anyone see any value in this action? This happened to me with a pair of pants. The seller wouldn’t even issue a mailing label. They told me to keep or donate the pants. Thanks for your advice.
