I am trying to process a return. I have already talked with the seller of this item and he is in agreement to the return.
When I "start the return" I am taken to a screen that allows me to add extra text to my reason for a return and
this screen also allows you to add a photo. This is the screen where I am stuck.
There is a "CONTINUE" tab but it is not highlighted and won't allow me to click on it. I have tried several times, I have started over, I have entered some text into this box (I don't want to add a photo) but still will not allow me to "CONTINUE".
I have called Ebay twice asking for a representative but both times I was told my call could not be transferred to a live rep. I do not see a "chat" option.
Can anyone suggest why I am having problems with the return or can anyone tell me how to get to a live agent at Ebay?
