Problem with an Authenticator.

Just wondering if anyone else has had a bad return experience with an authenticator?

I sent a card for authentication that had no damage at all. Sharp corners, near perfect centering and no surface issues. Authenticator rejects the card saying there is an indentation on the back of the card. The buyer then refused the card and it was mailed back to me. The card was put in a soft sleeve and top loader and put between 2 pieces of plastic, but nothing was put over the top loader to prevent the card from sliding out. When I received and opened the package, the card was just sitting in the bubble mailer. (See Picture)

Better care needs to be taken by these authenticators. Who do you complain to about an issue like this?Rahm Package Pic.jpg
