Recently, when I tried to bid on an item, I got the message: "Oops! Looks like we're having trouble connecting to our server..." & was told to refresh my browser. Every time I refreshed my browser, I got the same message & finally gave up. A few days after that, I purchased something on eBay without a problem.
Today I tried to make an offer on an item, but am getting the same message. I can't make an offer or bid on an item, but can purchase an item.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you are using Ad Block Ultimate, try uninstalling that add-on. Users have indicated problems bidding or making offers with that installed, and temporarily disabling may not be sufficient.
Otherwise, try the usual things.
Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.
Try another device to rule out a device issue.
Try another network to rule out a network issue.
Try ebay.ca to rule out an issue with ebay.com.
