Why do I have to 'Add A Card' in order to bid on an item?It used to be that I provide my credit card number when I won the bid, but now I can not bid unless I 'Add A Card'. Why?Thanks.

How do I search for a specific brand without having to sort through all the generic & made 'for' brands? An example would be a Ryobi battery & not the 'For Ryobi' batteries. I have tried Advanced Search & used the Ryobi filter to no avail.

I purchased on ebay a 'New Authentic OEM Ryobi P109 One+ Battery 1.5 Ah 18V Volt 2 Pack' September 2, 2021, which had a 2 year warranty. Both of the batteries are dead and cannot be recharged. How do I get replacements or a refund?Thanks.
