Hello,
I have a buyer who bought a 14k bracelet received it and then wanted to return it.I do not accept returns as stated on original listing but told her if she paid for shipping both ways i will accept her return.Instead of responding to my email she opened a case wanting me to pay for shipping.I refused so ebay closed the case.
She just sent me an email claiming the item is defective and now has a black mark on the clasp that it did not have,I have many images to prove that it did not have marks. Now she says she is sending it back .Please advised in case she mails it back.Thank you!

Do nothing at this point, including having no further contact with the buyer. Come back if you receive the bracelet.

Buyers are allowed by Ebay to file a Return Request.
If Ebay closed the case, did they find in favor of the buyer or you?
Your "no returns" policy only applies to instances of buyer's remorse.
If a buyer files a Return Request and specifies "Item Not As Described, sellers are required to accept the Return Request, provide a prepaid shipping label, and refund the buyer in full upon delivery of the returned item. If you refuse, Ebay will step in and refund the buyer out of the seller's funds and may let the buyer keep the item.
