I have been trying to save/update my picture and description area on my eBay profile page but it will not save anything I do on desktop or iPhone. This has been happening for several days and eBay customer service has lead me down a rabbit hole to here. Didn't find much online or at Reddit either. Any chance of help?
I have had an eBay account for a couple years but am new to listing/selling items for sale here. I currently have no information to share with any potential buyers since I can't save anything to my page. I probably look like a scammer with no profile pic or description if I try to list anything for sale right now.
