Last 2 transactions were paid using my bank account but paypal is setup to use credit. Contacted paypal but still no answer.

Go to your Paypal account and set your preferred payment method as your credit card instead of your bank account. Then go to your Ebay payments on file and make sure that Paypal is chosen for checkouts.
