Being charged listing fees TWICE each month for a single lising.

For months now I have been charged a fee of $6/month TWICE on a single listing.   I currently have 7 listings.  But, one of them shows up TWICE each month when billed for transaction fees.  Actually, it shows up three times.  One for $.35 and TWICE for $6.00.  It is the double $6.00 charge that I do not understand.  I called the support phone number that I have saved for years now and the last time I called on this issue, several months ago, I was told that it would be corrected.  It has not been corrected.  If the double charge is legitimate, I need to understand it.  But, if it is a mistake, I would like a refund of all the overcharges for many months now.  

Thanks for any help.  eBay does NOT make it easy to resolve questions like I am posing here.

You have the item listed in 2 categories, so you pay the subtitle fee twice each month - once for each category. Listing in 2 categories is priced as if it is 2 listings.

Thank you.  Does that mean if I delete the sub-title, the fee would revert back to one fee?
