Question for Anyone with advice on situation. I received order advertised as 100 items and only received 50, I reached out to Seller and was refunded for the items not received. After receiving Partial Refund for quantity not received I realized product was a Counterfeit/Knock-Off as packets didn’t have Authentication Codes on them and it was obvious by shade of packaging. I reached out to EBAY and was instructed to return product in same box with another order of Counterfeit Items I was returning to Same Seller, as once you accept a Partial Refund their system notes Case As Closed. I reached out to EBAY again as I Never Received Refund for said Partial Counterfeit Order and was told they had NO RECORD OF MY BEING INSTRUCTED TO RETURN PARTIAL ORDER WITH SECOND ORDER. They said they won’t refund me for the Partial Order I Returned even after having followed their Exact Instructions. So I’m out nearly $100:) PLEASE ADVISE:(
