On my Manage Active Listings page, my listings are suddenly all out of sequence, meaning that the oldest listing is no longer at the top of my page, with later listings by date following. Now, regardless of when listed or when they end, all my listings are randomly distributed and in no logical order.
Is this an eBay software issue, or is there something I can do to properly reset my listings in order of date listed as they have always been? Thank you.

Try two things:
First, do forced refresh on your browser:
CTRL-SHIFT-R
If that doesn't help, the log out of eBay, close the browser completely down. Then restart the browser and log back in and try again.
It wouldn't hurt to restart the computer too. For Windows users, make sure you choose restart in the shutdown menu. Shutting down and turning back on does NOT restart Windows anymore. (thanks to fast start)
If this is on the App, same sort of thing, you need to close the App down. You might need to restart the device too.

The same thing happened to me yesterday. I regularly End/Sell Similar unsold listings, and noticed that the end dates were all jumbled up. I clicked the column for End Time to reset and that seemed to work.
