Order has not arrived.

I have shipped several orders over the past few weeks and most of them have gotten to the buyer with no problems. A few of them are delayed and have no tracking because ebay $1.25 standard envelope labels were used. Is there a way to contact ebay directly without using the AI help option? I don't want to refund a buyer for a card that is delayed but will arrive. I have gotten updates from buyers that contacted me and their cards have arrived. I don't want my seller rating to be affected negatively because of something that is out of my control.
