Not getting the correct product

So seller sent wrong product. Took a week before seller could understand. Grrrrr. So much back and forth everyday. I asked just send me what I ordered. Today she says keep and and we will send correct product and only charge you $10. Geez original order only $12. Sorry nope just want what I bought.

eBay can't force a seller to send a replacement, so just return what you got for a refund.  You do not have to haggle with sellers. The seller has to pay the return shipping.

 

Go to your purchase history - select return this item.  Click see more under the reasons and select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.

The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund.  If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
