How to return item

I need to print a return label for buyer. I gave her a refund but now  I can’t seem to figure out how to make a label. I think i refunded too quickly and now the buyer doesn’t have the option to get a return label.

Your refund closed the return, so you will have to create a label outside of eBay.

You can create a label through paypal.  Print it to jpeg and pdf files.  Send the buyer the jpeg through an eBay message.  If he can't print it, ask for his email address and send the pdf.  It is OK to get his email address since you have a transaction together.
