There was suppose to be a minimum pricing on this item that we mistakenly did not put on it. Our customer asked for a minimum of $500 and we need to resend this item and relist with the minimum pricing. How does the winner of this bidding get removed so he does not show he has not paid in time? I have contacted him with the mistake on this item and he is aware of what has happened. I did make him the offer of the minimum but have not heard back from the email.
Sincerely,
Tom

< How does the winner of this bidding get removed so he does not show he has not paid in time? >
I can't understand what you're asking here.
< we need to resend this item and relist >
Do you mean "rescind" instead of resend?

If the buyer has not paid by day 5 cancel the transaction for non payment. When you relist start the auction at the minimum that you are willing to accept. If you are also using a Buy it Now, understand that that is not a minimum and will disappear after the first bid is placed.

You will need to cancel as out of stock so the buyer does not get a strike for your mistake.

Oh and your offer to sell to the buyer for a higher price is not enforceable and is also against ebay policy to makethe buyer pay more so it would be grossly unfair to give that buyer a strike for nonpayment.

Yes - but I think I got it deleted and relisted properly and discussed with person that had bid on it.
Thank you
