No Help From E-bay

I have been having all kinds of trouble with my E-bay site and get no response when I ask for help, is there something going on I have missed? Top on the list is my sales have dropped to on sale every two weeks, I cant upload any of my items after they have gone off auction, all my numbers are off and now I cant call them because they took the phone off the web site. Can anyone help me on how to report these issues to E-bay or are we just on our own?

What kind of error messages are you getting when you try to relist?  Is it possible you have reached your monthly limit?

I do not get an error message the page will not load at all, it has been doing this for a week or so. Yes my seller performance ratings are all good but I have had a drop in sales for at least a month now. I have tried to call but the customer service link that says have us call you is missing also so Im not sure how to get in touch with them.

Have you tried clearing your browser history and cookies?  That often clears unexplained issues.

You don't see 'have us call you' on the link I included?  I clicked it and it is there.

Everyone's sales seems to be down right now - summer is always slow, and with food and gas prices so high, there isn't much left. 😞
