New master debit card can't be verified.

I've switch banks just recently. My new master card is being declined/can't be verified. Which is weird since I switched banks and that went smoothly without issues for payment methods. Even Paypal accepted the new bank and cards. I typed my info each day for the past week and I'm always getting the message "We couldn't verify this card. Please provide a different card." It's really frustrating. My bank says the card is active and I have used it on the daily. Just ebay won't accept it for some reason?

I have paypal set up with my ebay account but I've heard that eBay will no longer be using Paypal starting in 2023. Unless that a false rumor??? Is there a contact number or a representative I can talk to about this issue? Any help is highly appreciated.

That is a false rumor. Buyers can always pay for their Ebay purchases with their Paypal account.

Paypal is no longer the payment processor for SELLERS.

Why not just use Paypal to pay for your purchases, funded by your new MasterCard?
