Inceptions
Most of us were fine with the old form. But eBay decided they wanted one listing form that worked for both mobile and computer users. So they erred on the side of the occasional sellers who are prepared to deal with the frustrations of selling an item or two using a phone at the expense of serious higher-volume sellers who use a computer.
It makes no sense, but there you have it...
