I received negative feedback for an item not being received even though USPS tracking showed that it was delivered. It is my understanding that my responsibility ends with delivery, so I requested that ebay remove the feedback, but it was denied bc the buyer had not violated the ebay policy by using abusive language, etc. Subsequently, the buyer contacted me to let me know that the item had finally arrived. I asked her to amend her feedback, and she tried to remove it, but the negative review is still showing on my account. Any other ideas on how I can get this removed? Thanks!

Send the buyer a Feedback Revision Request. You can do that from your Feedback Profile within 30 days. (Edited to add: I don't see any negative feedback on your profile.)
