Negative feedback

I had a terrible experience with the seller and ended up having to have eBay stepped in to help me get a refund. So after that I left the seller a negative feedback and I checked back later and the feedback was removed. Why was my negative feedback removed?

Did you mention having eBay step in on a case?  That would be removed.  Other than that, it is impossible to guess without knowing exactly what you wrote.
