I recived an item that was not label correctlly on ebay with sleer . i ask for return and reurn was closed within 10 mintues

What reason did you select for the return?  It sounds like you picked a reason that is considered buyer's remorse, like 'doesn't fit'. You can not change the reason now.

If you paid through a paypal account, open a not as described dispute there.  Before opening the dispute, join their return shipping program.

If you paid directly with a credit card, call you card issuer and ask if their buyer protection program can help.
