My Account Has Vanished!!! Ebay Will Not Help

I've had eBay for years and I went to sign in for my sales records for 2022 in order to file my taxes and my account is gone.  I had to create this account that I'm posting from just to get on chat with eBay that tells me my account never existed.  I have a 1099-K form from 2022 sales but their chat service literally ended my conversation because they said they helped as much as they could. 

When you call any customer service numbers you're not allowed to speak to anyone or get a call back because this is a new account.  The numbers I've called are 8669619253 and 8004563229.

Has anyone seen this before?  My old username was mrbozley08.

I'm at a loss for how terrible the customer service is and the lack of response to a serious issue.  Any help would be appreciated.

On the Ebay log in page, sign in with the email address associated with your previous account and click on "forgot password".

If that does not work, contact Ebay Customer Service:

Click on "Have us call you"

Thank you for that, I was at least able to speak with someone on the phone but they continue to tell me I have no previous account.  I'm shocked at this and hope other people have additional info if they have had this issue happen to them.  It's truly frustrating especially because I have tax forms from eBay and they say they can't look them up.
