Someone had me make a pool cue shaft to fit there cue . When I finished making it I got a different  name than the original order and payment. I asked him about it and he canceled the order. Do you think that there’s any fraud involved with this?

Also the person that canceled was the name on the shipping label and not the original order and payment

The buyer can't cancel an order. Only the seller can cancel. Many buyers have items shipped to another address for gifts and other reasons so there doesn't seem to be an issue with fraud here.

If someone other than the buyer asked you to cancel then you should ignore the message. Did you cancel the order?
