I have a pool cue shaft for sale that I made. The customer ordered a
different one and I made it for them . The payment name and delivery
names are different and I asked the buyer about it and they canceled the
order and asked for refund.
Someone had me make a pool cue shaft to fit there cue . When I finished
making it I got a different name than the original order and payment. I
asked him about it and he canceled the order. Do you think that there’s
any fraud involved with this?
