Money never paid

Buyer says they sent $. I never received anything. Gave ebay pic proof of no transaction into my account, however, Ebay sided with fraud buyer. Now what?

Did you receive a the notice from Ebay that the buyer has paid and "ok" to ship?

Ebay will not release the payout into your checking account until the transaction has ended successfully.

Yes. I did. However, no money was ever released or appeared in my account. I checked with my bank and paypal. Nothing.
