I've sent a couple of messages in my ebay to the winning bidder and the messages says not delivered.

I was trying to ask buyer when to expect payment. They did not pay for the item yet.

I never had a problem with sending messages to buyers, so I canceled the order. They can take it up with ebay no my problem been scammed one too many times to sit around and wait for payment.

On day 5 you can cancel for non payment. The buyer gets a strike and you both can't leave feedback.
Ebay sends reminders. If you do that too, the day for cancelling is later.

They had no intentions of paying, most winning bids pay right away.
