I've sent a couple of messages in my ebay to the winning bidder and the messages says not delivered.

I had accidentlybid on wrong item and won ask seller to cancel and they will not cancel order

I never had a problem with sending messages to buyers, so I canceled the order. They can take it up with ebay no my problem been scammed one too many times to sit around and wait for payment.
