Making an item used instead of new

I am selling an item that is used, however, on the posting template I am unable to get "used" to pop up...no option. Just NEW. Any ideas?

I did put a huge "NOTE" on it stating that it is a used item...NOT NEW, so the customer knows that it is not NEW.

There are certain items that can only be sold as new.  Do not try to get around this requirement or your account can be suspended possibly for forever.  If "Used" is not available then you cannot list a used item.
