The seller made an offer. I made a counter offer. The seller declined it. I’m trying to make a higher offer, but no matter what price I enter, the blue bar at the bottom has no words and does not respond. My offer won’t go through. I restarted my phone and cleared my cache of all data. Neither helped. Please advise.
