Order completed. Lost in mail..... refunded buyer, filled a missing report with usps.
Then low and behold..... package delivered.
How do I send an invoice to a buyer now that the order is complete? Thank you

Go to the transaction, and use the CONTACT BUYER link. Let the buyer know you would like to be reimbursed since the package finally arrived. You can include your Paypal email address and the buyer can use the Send Money option, or you can ask the buyer for his/her Paypal email address so you can send a Paypal invoice.
