Local pickup.

Buyer paid via local pickup but cannot pick it up and wants me to ship it to them.   I would like to change shipping method but that is not an option.  What can I do and stay covered?

You will not be able to change the delivery method after the sale. If you are willing to ship to the buyer, and they have agreed to the price, you will need to cancel the sale using reason problem with buyer's address. Then list the item again with the shipping for the buyer to repurchase.

Thanks Lisa that is what I suspected.   It would be nice to have the option to change method to ship to Customer in case the local pickup is accidentally selected.
