Buyer paid via local pickup but cannot pick it up and wants me to ship
it to them. I would like to change shipping method but that is not an
option. What can I do and stay covered?
Thanks Lisa that is what I suspected. It would be nice to have the
option to change method to ship to Customer in case the local pickup is
accidentally selected.
I am pretty sure I paid for the label to ship to the hub. 4oz pen to
ship to Canada and I get a $19 charge like you said 10 days later. Buyer
paid $14 for shipping WTH it wasnt free shipping I am pretty sure it
cost me to ship to Erlanger or wherever...
