Listing error - The email is not linked with a paypal account

i have a paypal account and when i try to list my first item and enter my paypal email it says the email is not associated with any paypal account . how can i resolve this issue?  

i have tried refreshing the listing page as it was a draft listing saved before i created the paypal and resumed to enter the paypal email address, Please help me out. should i create a new listing?

I called ebay before creating the paypal of another country. we can use another country paypal for payment receiving
