A seller via an on line marketplace is asking for my name, address, phone, etc.  and indicate eBay will contact me with instructions for payment and delivery of a used vehicle.  Is this for real?

No, it is a common scam. You would get a fake email that looks like it came from eBay, but actually comes from the scammer.

STOP!!  As already stated, it is a complete SCAM!! Ebay has nothing to do with ads found on other websites and they do not handle transactions from other sites.

The "seller" is a criminal trying to steal your money.
