Label not printing correctly

This morning my label printed horizontally instead of vertically on my Avery 5126 label paper. Try everything to get it to print correctly and no luck. Talk with ebay help and they couldn't offer a fix. I also printed an ebay standard letter label and it cut off some of the return address. Any suppestion would be appreciated.

Make sure your printer settings are set correctly for orientation and to fit to one page if needed.
