Can I use a discounted label company like Shippo for shipping items sold on eBay

I have a person asking yo ship an item using Shippo since it will cost less to ship. I can't find a single thing in Policy against using a company like Shippo.  And, would the item be protected under a "Did not receive item" claim?

You can purchase your shipping labels anywhere you like. Just be sure to upload the tracking # to eBay.

eBay receives the same discounted rates you get on other websites, so there is no advantage really to use anything other than eBay. If you are going to use another website, it's best to pick one that integrates with eBay. One that is popular with eBay sellers is pirateship.com.
