Please help me in resolving this with jkcomputer parts. This entire experience is horrible, especially for accusing me of fraud after I thoroughly explain exactly what happened. Bestbuy swap the board and said it wasn't good and return the item back to me. Now jkcomputer parts is saying I didn't return their actual board. I offer to send my entire computer that it's working, so if their was a mistake with the board they can have it. All I ask for is for them to return my original board too.
