@jisunrose8887 The seller should have shipped the item to the address you provided at checkout.
File an item not received refund request in the resolution center at the bottom of the page
After 4 business days if the seller does not refund you ask eBay to step in and help. Have them review the tracking that shows the package was sent to an address other than the one on the sales record.

You will most likely need to appeal the case.
For the appeal, you will need a letter from the postal service stating that the package was delivered to the address on the shipping label but that it was not delivered to YOUR address.

Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
They may take a few days to get back to you but it's usually sooner.
