Item under warranty and seller is not responding

Hello, 

did anyone have such problem? I bought radio in July. It has 1 year warranty. Last week it stopped working. It is stuck at android logo. I contacted seller but he is not responding. Is there any other way to get in contact with him via ebay customer service?

If it has a manufacturer warranty, you will have to contact the manufacturer.

Ebay sellers cannot issue warranties on their items unless they are an authorized dealer for the company that makes the item.

Well they should at leaast response to my message and give me feedback. Is there any way to get in contact with seller over ebay support?

Ebay cannot force the seller to respond to your messages.
