Item that has not moved tracking dont work

I paid for 2 pair of shoes i got my money back for the first pair second pair has not moved . The ebay lady i talked to said she was going to look into the second pair that hasn't moved.  Message the sell and his last Message said keep dreaming . You cant sell items you dont have i need an ebay worker to call me and look into my case i have waited 2 mouths shipping say Nov 4 . Just making a long drew out fight to get my money back for the second pair of shoes.  Mind you i paid 150.00 for each pair .

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

•     Select “More actions” beside your item and then “I didn't receive it.”
•     Click the box beside I want a refund.
•     Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

•     Find the item in your Purchase History
•     Select See request details
•     Select “Ask eBay to step in.”
