Hello guys, I bought an item that never arrived eBay refused to refund the money, the carrier confirmed the item was not shipped to me. Presented evidence to eBay and they still refused to pay, filed a claim they rejected and I did another the rejected, appalled they rejected and told me I can only file another claim in 3 months, trying to file and they wouldn’t let me, it’s about $1000 worth. Any help guys please.

Hi @bynd_23
-Who was the carrier?
-Are you saying it supposedly shipped to a different address and when you file the claim that you did not receive the item the Seller uploaded tracking and you lost the claim?
-Are you saying to filed the SAME kind of claim a second time and lost again or did you file a different claim through eBay and if so what kind of claim was it? This second claim should have been a Not as described - does not match pictures or description and then you take a picture of an empty box to attach to the claim (meaning you bought something and eBay says you got it but you have NOTHING).
-You can also try a charge back with your credit card company if you paid that way OR PayPal if you paid with them.

@bynd_23 me? i would go in person to the bank and speak with a personal banker with the documentation showing the item shipped to wrong address, which you can get from USPS.
the outcome will depend on your bank's policy, your relationship with them and your persuasive documentation
you can also appeal paypal's decision with the proper persuasive 'new' docs

You item was valuable so I suspect it was a Seller address scam, hard to thwart. All eBay sees is that it was delivered. The Seller gets your address, then ships to a nearby address and pays for the label at the Post Office and manually uploads tracking. All eBay sees is the result of tracking, if you claim you did not receive the item then the Seller uploads the tracking to the claim and eBay "thinks" you did, case closed.
The second claim you said you filed, again, what kind of a claim was it?

Thank you and per @mr_lincoln it seems to be a scam, but I will still go to my bank again a second time
might see someone more polite to help.
