The product was purchased on 3/30. It should have arrived on April 8. On the 11th, eBay was notified of the problem and they said to wait until the 17th.
On the 17th I contacted you, they told me that I had to contact USPS.
I contacted usps and they told me that the jacket was already returning to the seller since the 9th and that they could not do anything, I contacted the seller and I have no answer.
I would like to solve this issue already because of the time you have and I don't have an answer from the seller and a solution from EBay .
