I've been selling for three years and suddenly I cannot download my pictures to set up a new listing. They are in .tiff format, which worked up to now. I receive message that they have to be pdf or png. I've changed to both of those formats and they still will not load, as I'm still receiving message that they need to be in these forms...I'm lost, not sure what's happening or what to do.
