I have a customer who likes to shop--and pay all at once. This process has never been a problem for either of us---until now. Two items now will not show up in an invoice; I think it is because the they are over 30 days old. Neither she nor I knew this could be a problem. The only information I found that clued me in to the mandatory (?) 30 limit was the following quote:
"If you don’t see a Send invoice option for an item, it may have been more than 30 days since the listing ended."
I do see a Send Invoice option on both items, I click it, but neither of them show up in an invoice.
My question is:
Is there anything I can do? Or must she lose the items and I lose the sales?
Thank you for any insight you can give me!

@tomshirley6 It's not possible to send an invoice when the sale was more than 30 days ago.
I would cancel the sales as buyer requested. Then relist the items as buy it now listings and the buyer could then be sent an sinvoice. Make the title of the listings " private sale ' and give the buyer a link to the listings.
