International shipping fees

I have opted in to ebay international shipping.  When an international buyer makes an offer on an item, does the listing show them the estimated shipping costs to their country?

When it comes to offers, shipping is not negotiable. Whatever the shipping is before the offer is what it is after the offer.  That includes the cost of shipping to the eBay hub in Glendale Heights, Illinois and then from the hub to their country. Depending on the device the Buyer is using, they may be able to look up in your listing the shipping cost from the hub to their country. But the Seller has no control over that and cannot negotiate that cost or change it.
