How to reprint shipping label

Label not printing to scale. Already have tracking #. How to change to QR code so it can be printed at USPS?

You can not change to a QR code. You will need to cancel the label and buy a new one, selecting QR code instead of printing. The refund for the cancelled label takes about 3 weeks.

1. Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab.
2. Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
3. Choose your reason for canceling the label.
4. Select Send request.
