International shipping buyer wants to sign for the item.

I sold a $16 item to the UK using eBay international shipping.  She wants to pay more and sign for it.   I can't view it or alter it the invoice. Is there a way to offer a sign for service after the auction ended?

I've finally decided to cancel the auction to see if relisting gives me more options..I can't seem to find any.

Since eBay only requires signature confirmation for items valued at $750 or more there is probably no way to require the signature.  The eBay International Shipping Service has its own rules which cannot be changed by the seller.  All you could do is to have signature confirmation on the package until it reaches the International Shipping Hub.

Yes Thank you - I wondered if I could select it as I bought the (eBay) shipping but could not promise it to my customer who is willing to pay more to get the signature confirmation.  I canceled and this time am offering a Buy it now with a choice of eBay international Small parcel first class  (no sig, confirm. on that either) and Priority.   Gosh darn it's a $16 item going to UK.  I priced it buy it now at $120 and told her she can make her choice and offer me $16.  At times eBay just drives me crazy!
