International shipping buyer wants to sign for the item.

I sold a $16 item to the UK using eBay international shipping. She wants to pay more and sign for it. I can't view it or alter it the invoice. Is there a way to offer a sign for service after the auction ended?

I responded to the wrong person's feedback... It wasn't too awful but I mentioned a buyer should pay before I leave them feedback. This person did pay and we both left positive feedback.. However in some scroll fluke my comment went to the wrong pers...
