Hi. I'm trying to find out how to use the instant payment option. I uploaded the first page of my bank statement and debit card information but I'm not sure if eBay accepted it because I can't find an instant payment button. I have my payments set to bi weekly, and can send payments to my bank that day if I choose, but my bank takes 2 days to take. I went to try to link the same debit card again (and repeat the process of uploading my bank statement), but when I did, it said that doing so would replace my current debit card so it looks as though my debit card is already linked, but I just don't see a way to get the 30 minute instant payment. Can anyone help me?
Also, I don't have seller hub. Do I need that for instant payments?
Thanks in advance.

According to Ebay, eligible sellers have the option to receive payouts to a verified Visa or Mastercard debit card for an additional fee.
If you’re eligible, you’ll find a banner with instructions for setting up your debit card in Seller Hub. <<click on that.
You can verify your debit card details by uploading a bank statement, or using micro-charges (small charges), which will be refunded to your debit card once verification is complete.
It usually takes 48 hours for payouts to be enabled for your debit card, but you can continue to receive payouts to your checking account during this time. Once your debit card is verified, you can select your debit card as your preferred payout method by following the steps above, or request a payout to your debit card on demand, which typically arrives within 30 minutes.
