@rc66gto  I see your listings have the eBay international Shipping Program.  As long as the item ships with the EIS then YOU are only shipping to the US forwarding center and then eBay sends the item to the buyer.

 

Buyer pays you for item price and US shipping IF any.  Buyer pays eBay for the international shipping and custom fees if any.    

 

However if YOU ship directly toa  buyer in another country then of course you'd have to pay shipping.  It would come out of the item price.
